DIES WHILE ON VISIT

Mrs. Fred Buchheim Had Gone to California for Her Health

Word has been received from Whittier, Calif., of the death of Mrs. Fred Buchheim there Thursday. Mrs. Buchheim had gone to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ralph Zinn, for her health. Mr. Buchheim and their daughter Jane were called there because Mrs. Buchheim was taken seriously ill. She died suddenly Thursday morning.

LaEtta Baldwin Buchheim was born near Lawrence, Kan., September 6, 1876, where she lived until her marriage to Mr. Buchheim in 1895. She is survived by Mrs. Marguerite Zinn, of Whittier, Calif.; Herbert and Jane Buchheim, of the home address, and one grandchild; her father, Lafayette Baldwin, of Christ's hospital; two brothers, Thomas and Earl Baldwin, of Tecumseh.

The body will be brought to Topeka for burial. It will lie in state at Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary Sunday afternoon and up until the time of the funeral, which will be at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
